Air-powered semi-automatic blaster with six independent barrels and two triggers. One trigger controls a sequential valve to fire the barrels in sequence, the other trigger controls a dump valve to fire all of the barrels at once. Internals are mechanically identical to those in the Blast Fire DX500, but the blast chambers are a bit smaller and this gun is immensely more difficult and annoying to modify. Primarily because it's very difficult to take apart and reassemble due to a large number of small springs and a generally cumbersome design. This gun is also markedly less durable and more prone to leaks than the Blast Fire DX500 and the blast triggers have a tendency to randomly get stuck in a venting position. Stock ranges are surprisingly very impressive.
Most Hornets will end up broken, neglected, or destroyed out of frustration rather than actually being used in a war. It's also a fairly heavy blaster.
