Human-Powered push-pull blaster with a two barrels that could hold 4 balls each. A ball was fired on both the forward and reverse strokes of the plunger system, and that allowed a high rate of fire. But range and accuracy were poor because of the design and the ammo used.
Simply couldn't compare to the Ballzooka.
